Forms and templates
Help people move from an idea or task to a useful first draft with structure that fits the way they work.
When this can help
Someone may know what happened or what they need, but still struggle to organize the details into a consistent form, handoff, or first draft. A blank template does not always explain which information matters.
Start with one recurring document and the people who complete it. Guided questions work best when the required information and review criteria can be explained clearly.
- Ask useful questionsCollect the facts and context needed for the chosen document.
- Prepare an editable draftOrganize the answers into agreed sections and make missing details visible.
- Review and refineLet the author correct, complete, and approve the document before sharing.
What we would build together
A question and template map
Connect each question to the fields or sections it supports.
A guided drafting experience
Prepare editable text from supplied information, with clear handling of incomplete answers.
Review and export checks
Test representative inputs and agree how people review and export the finished document.
Illustrative example
A clearer project handoff
A guided workflow could ask about completed work, open decisions, owners, and next steps, then arrange the answers into a handoff document. The author would check names and commitments before sharing. Missing dates would remain unanswered, not be invented.
A possible application, not a reported customer deployment or measured result.
Human review
What still needs a person
A draft is not an approved record. People remain responsible for checking facts, commitments, and sensitive information. Hosting, retention, and any connection to another system must be agreed for the specific use case.
Before we start
Can this help with forms as well as writing?
Yes, when the fields and required information are defined. A first version can prepare entries for review without submitting the form.
Does the workflow replace the author?
No. It helps collect and organize information. The author can change the text and decides when it is ready to use.
